INS Vela: Indian Navy's fourth Scorpene class submarine to be commissioned today

The Indian Navy will commission INS Vela, its fourth stealth Scorpene class submarine under Project 75, today, an induction that will boost its combat capability. Project 75 includes the construction of six submarines of Scorpene design.
