Delhi: BJP, AAP spar over NCT Amendment Bill

The Bharatiya Janata Part and the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Tuesday traded charges over the Government of NCT Delhi (Amendment) Bill which was introduced in the Lok Sabha on Monday.
