Chaudhary Charan Singh is PM Modi’s inspiration, will never take steps against farmers' interests: Rajnath

Greeting farmers on the occassion of National Farmers' Day today, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on Wednesday said that he hopes farmers will end their agitation soon. Reiterating that the farm reforms won’t harm farmers, Rajnath said that Chaudhary Charan Singh wanted the income of farmers to increase and that Prime Minister Narendra Modi drew inspiration from him and took several steps for the welfare of farmers.
