Windy morning, light rains but Delhi's air quality remains 'severely unhealthy'

Delhi woke up to a windy Sunday morning with light drizzles but the air quality remains severely unhealthy. Pollution levels in Delhi have been hovering around the 450 mark and the smog can be clearly seen on the streets.
