Nitish Kumar to visit Muzaffarpur, epicenter of encephalitis outbreak in Bihar, today

The death toll due to Acute Encephalitis Syndrome (AES) in Bihar's Muzaffarpur touched 100 on Monday. According to the human rights body, some other districts of the state have also been affected by the fever.
