Bihar: 26-year-old man drunk man found hanging in police lock up; inquiries begin

A 26-year-old man, who was arrested on the charge of drinking in dry Bihar, was found hanging in the lock-up of Kahalgaon police station of Bhagalpur district on Sunday, police said.
