Several properties linked to Jamaat-e-Islami, bank accounts of leaders sealed in Kashmir

Several properties belonging to Jamaat-e-Islami (JeI), including residences of some of its activists were sealed by the authorities in Kashmir, police said on Saturday. The development comes days after the outfit was bannned by the Centre on grounds that it was 'in close touch' with terrorist groups and was likely to "escalate secessionist movement".
