Within hours of Uttar Pradesh Congress chief Raj Babbar welcoming her into the party fold, Haryanavi singer-dancer Sapna Chaudhary Sunday claimed she has not joined the Congress and accused it of using her old pictures with Priyanka Gandhi Vadra.
