Hello and welcome to our daily election live blog. On Monday, BJP's Hema Malini filed her nomination papers from Mathura. She and UP CM Yogi Adityanath performed puja at Mathura's Banke Bihari Temple ahead of filing nomination papers. In Bihar's Jamui, LJP leader Chirag Paswan also filed his nomination papers. In Delhi, Congress and AAP agreed on alliance formula, said reports. In  Maharashtra, NCP leader Sharad Pawar took a pot shot at PM Narendra Modi. In Tamil Nadu, there were reports of discontent in the Congress camp after the party on Sunday released its ninth list of candidates which mentioned Karti Chidambaram from Sivaganga constituency.
