All India Congress Committee (AICC) General Secretary in-charge of Tamil Nadu, Mukul Wasnik, will meet Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam​ (DMK) chief MK Stalin at DMK headquarters in Chennai on Wednesday to have talks on an alliance, reported news agency ANI.
