The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), on Monday, moved the Supreme Court after an all-out war broke out between Centre and the Mamata Banerjee government on Sunday. Solicitor General Tushar Mehta filed a plea in the apex court on behalf of the CBI seeking immediate hearing in the matter.
