Nearly two dozen cadres of the Jamaat-e-Islami were detained by the police in Kashmir during the intervening night of Friday and Saturday, officials said, adding the arrested Jamaat-e-Islami Jammu and Kashmir members also included its chief Abdul Hamid Fayaz.
