Shankersinh Vaghela joins NCP, to be given national role

Former Gujarat chief minister and rebel Congress leader Shankersinh Vaghela formally joined the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) on Tuesday in the presence of NCP's national president Sharad Pawar.
