'Pro-Congress' activist Abhishek Mishra arrested for posting offensive content on social media

A man, identified as Abhishek Mishra, considered to be a supporter of Congress, was arrested for allegedly posting offensive and vulgar content on social media, Delhi Police said on Wednesday.
