Landslides after fresh snowfall force closer of Jammu-Srinagar highway; alert issued for next 3 days

Landslides after heavy rain and snowfall in Ramban, Banihal and other parts of the northern states forced the closure of Jammu and Srinagar highway. The metrological department has issued warning for rain and snowfall for next three days. Mughal Road, connecting Jammu region's Rajouri district with Kashmir's Shopian, also remained closed for the fifth day on Saturday.
