Koffee with Karan fallout: Indian cricketers Hardik Pandya and KL Rahul were on Wednesday issued show-cause notices by the Supreme Court-appointed BCCI's Committee of Administrators (COA) for their comments on women on the celebrity talk show 'Koffee with Karan' hosted by Bollywood film-maker Karan Johar that triggered a massive outrage and might prompt the Indian cricket board to bar players from such appearances.
