Cold Wednesday morning in Delhi, air quality 'severe'

It was a cold Wednesday morning in the national capital with the minimum temperature recorded at 6.5 degrees Celsius, one notch below the season's average, as Delhi continued to remain under 'severe' air pollution, IANS reported quoting Met officials.
