Delhi: 1 killed, another injured, after being hit by over-speeding car in Dwarka

A fruit vendor was killed and another person was injured after a speeding car hit their cart in west Delhi's Dwarka around midnight on Sunday, cops said. The driver fled the spot along with the car after the accident.
