Delhi Air Pollution: Fog envelops national capital, pollution level remains ‘severe’ at many places

Pollution level remained “severe” at many places in Delhi on Saturday morning and the visibility dropped to as low as 700 meters. The minimum temperature in the national capital was recorded at 12 degree Celsius that was two notches below the average. The maximum temperature was likely to hover around 30 degrees Celsius. According to India Meteorological Department (IMD), the sky will be clear with fog or mist in the early part of the day though there will be smog or haze later in the day.
