CBI Vs CBI: SC gives ultimatum to Alok Verma, says 'file response quickly, adjournment in hearing not possible'

The Supreme Court on Monday asked CBI Director Alok Verma to file his response as 'quickly as possible' during the day when the Central Vigilance Commission (CVC) will file its preliminary report on corruption charges against him. The apex court also made it clear that it will not adjorn the scheduled hearing on Tuesday.
