West Bengal stampede: Mamata Banerjee blames ‘negligence and callousness’ of Railways for tragedy

Coming down heavily on Indian Railways after the stampede on a foot overbridge at Santragachi station led to the death of two persons on Tuesday, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee accused it of ‘negligence and callousness’.
