J-K urban local body elections: Campaigning for first phase of polls ends, 1,283 candidates in fray for 422 wards as voting begins tomorrow

The campaigning for the first phase of the urban local body (ULB) elections in Jammu and Kashmir ened on Sunday. The voting in 42 wards spread over a dozen of districts will begin on Monday.
