India signs security cooperation agreement with China at delegation level talks

Home Minister Rajnath Singh, along with union minister Kiren Rijiju, held delegation-level talks with his Chinese counterpart Zhao Kezhi on Monday. India and China signed security cooperation agreement at the meeting.
