Gorkhas not to be sent to foreigners tribunals, but not eligible for NRC: Home Ministry

In a move providing little relief to Gorkhas of Nepal, the Home Ministry said on Wednesday that Gorkhas should not be sent to foreigners tribunals but they are not eligible for National Register of Citizens (NRC) in Assam.
