DMRC's Diwali gift to Delhi: 200 new coaches to help counter rush on busy stretches; extensions on Pink, Blue lines coming soon
Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) is reportedly set to treat Delhi-NCR with 200 new metro coaches just ahead of the Diwali rush. According to a report, the recently opened Magenta (Botanical Garden-Janakpuri West) and Pink lines (Majlis Park-Shiv Vihar) of the Delhi Metro have been witnessing a rise in footfalls and to counter the growing rush, DMRC is going to turn the six-coach trains, operating in these corridors, to eight coach trains by inducting 200 new coaches.from IndiaTV India: Google News Feed https://ift.tt/2RPwCwJ
