Delhi's air quality remains poor despite emergency action plan

The air quality in the national capital region remained poor on Tuesday even as the emergency plan to combat air pollution came into force from Monday. The Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP), which has come into effect for the second year, ensures stringent actions are taken based on the air quality.
