Centre declares 3 Arunachal Pradesh districts 'disturbed', extends AFSPA for six months

The Central government on Wednesday declared three district of northeaster state Arunachal Pradesh 'disturbed' and extended the Armed Forces (Special Powers) Act (AFSPA), 1958 by another six months, in view of continuing activities of banned insurgent groups of the Northeast.
