'Will offer Rs 20 lakh to BJP leaders for getting raped': Haryana AAP leader's shameful remark while condemning college student's gangrape

Haryana Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Naveen Jaihind made an appalling statement while condemning the gang-rape of  a 19-year-old college student. Jaihind slammed the Haryana government for offering Rs 2 lakh as compensation to the victim's family and said that the state was not doing enough to punish the culprits.
